Rent can be deposited directly into your local Thai bank account 1 time in a month.
Damages to the property will be deducted from the security deposit. If there is not enough deposit to cover all expenses, guest must add the necessary amount.
All income for the reporting period, is sent to your account only in a local Thai bank.
The contract is concluded in person in our office. If the personal presence of the customer is impossible no need to worry, we can organize it online.
